Yes, the ACC and camera is always the same in the production version (standard Front/Avoidance/Lane Keeping Assist) as in the version with adaptive cruise control up to Travel Assist. Here is also often spoken of the high version. The only difference is the settings in software/ECUs. However, I didn't find anything that it was recoded on the ID3/Born. In the Enyaq Longcode Guide there is a point for activating cruise control:

The saving via green button at the bottom right is initially aborted with an error message.
In this case:
Click on Security Access in the menu on the left and enter the suggested code "20103" here and confirm with OK.
After successful security access, save again (press and hold) with the green button at the bottom right.
Then looks after
Exit the car, lock it, wait a few minutes and unlock it again
